When you submit a reservation or message, we retain only what you provide: your name, email address, an optional phone number, the experience you're interested in, your preferred date, and any note you share. We also log your IP address and country for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
Your details are stored in a private database hosted on Cloudflare's global infrastructure. Only Araya has access. We do not sell, share, rent, or expose your information to any third party.
You will receive a confirmation email when you submit a reservation, plus occasional personal notes if you remain subscribed. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. We use Resend as our email delivery partner — no email content is retained beyond delivery.
You may request deletion of your record at any time by emailing arayawinters@gmail.com. Requests are actioned within 48 hours.
This site uses a single local-storage entry (araya-age-confirmed) to remember your age confirmation. No tracking cookies. No analytics beyond Cloudflare's built-in edge metrics.
